I had purchase a house and the previous owners somehow broke and unhooked the garage door. Major safety issue! While under contract, with approval from the sellers, Gator Garage Doors, were the only company willing to come out and give me a quote! The communication with them was amazing and they have really friendly and helpful staff. But Joseph Pilgrim went above and beyond! I am not tech savvy at all and Joseph broke it down for me and answered every single one of my questions, he was on time, he worked fast, and even worked in a garage filled with boxes. I made sure to move everything out of the way but still he made it happen! Then showed me everything I needed to know! 100% recommend then and 1000% recommend Joseph! Also their quote was free, unlike a lot of other garage repair men!

When he called to say he was on his way he even offered to stop on his way and get coffee or anything I needed. THIS is how you make a customer for life! Even though I would never ask him to stop and get coffee or anything, the fact that he asked just speaks volumes. His service was very well explained, professional, and executed perfectly. We now have the quietest garage door in the county. 😁 The funny thing is, what we originally called for after dealing with it for over 6 months, magically fixed itself while he was getting out of the truck. Classic!! We got rollers replaced, brackets repaired, greased, tightened, etc. and are very pleased.
