Gretchen P24 August 2026Technician Jalen from Gator Garages doors did an excellent job today installing a new garage door motor and electronic key pad to replace my 22 year old one. Jalen consulted with me and said I might get a couple more years out of mine, but I decided to have him install a new one. No pressure on his part at all. Jalen made sure rollers, sensors, and seals are all good. Jalen was knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of my time. I highly recommend Gator Garages Doors. I’ve always found their teams helpful. Today I had Michael come evaluate my garage door and he thinks I can get a couple more years out of it. He tightened the springs and oiled all necessary components. Michael knew what he was doing and was very respectful. T M20 August 2026Called Gator a few weeks back because we thought our door needed to be replaced......a previous tech had said we needed one. Brady came out and gave it a detailed inspection. We found Gator Garage Door Repair based on their incredible 5-star rating from over 3,000 reviews, and we are so glad we did. We were notified that Brady Griffin would be coming out and that he was a new employee. But let me tell you—new does NOT mean inexperienced! Brady was an absolute professional. He diagnosed the electrical damage immediately and walked us through our options without any pressure. He clearly knows his stuff. He installed a new, upgraded opener for us, and the difference is night and day. Our garage is right under the main bedroom, and the new unit is so incredibly quiet that we can barely hear it running! It also feels much smoother and more secure.
