Cody with Gator Garage Doors was absolutely amazing! Super nice, really knows his stuff, I am very-very happy with the job Cody did. I do need to say, I have had broken spring before and have been ripped off in the past so when my spring broke again I was prepared for the worst. I got online and this time when I found Gator I read the reviews, they had over 2K reviews compared to other companies that had maybe 20. After reading many of the reviews it gave me more confidence and was willing to give Gator a try. Best decision ever!!! First, Cody did a great job communicating with me as to when he would be at my place. Then he showed up in a very clean truck with a super cool looking wrap that was very professional looking unlike the others I tried in the past. Cody discovered many issues with my door that others failed to tell me about because all the others wanted was to do a quick repair and upsell me on the springs at a high price…not Gator! I was shocked at the deal I got and that also included all the repairs that others failed to fix. My quote was almost half the others price. I was also told why my garage door springs had been failing every couple years, they were all mismatched and very cheap quality. Cody also did something I saw no other company do and I was shocked, he actually measured the weight of the door so he could do the calculations to make sure he installed the correct springs. I could see the quality difference in the springs that Cody was using right away. After Cody was done, my door ran so smooth and was going up and down so much faster with less stress than before. Gator is now my new company for good.
