The maintenance technician, Paul, was very knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing the problems with the garage door and providing and recommending critical and cost-saving options. Multiple repairs were done quickly and efficiently. We opted for an annual maintenance plan and hope Paul will be available to perform our annual maintenance.

Paul did a great job. Very friendly. Walked me through all my options. My door came off track and needed some new parts. Waited a few weeks to do the review so I could test everything out. Everything is working better than original.
