This family owned company is amazing! Our garage door randomly got stuck and would NOT close late last night and somehow got bent. We called Gator first thing this morning and Chris (owner) immediately came out, told us what was wrong, what potentially caused it to get stuck in the first place and gave us a free HONEST estimate to repair. A short time later, the technician Rene came and got us dialed in 👌 Rene was VERY knowledgeable about our specific garage door, he knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it and he clearly explained it all. He got our door working and looking new again all within an hour! He even took time afterwards to explain things to watch out for and gave some helpful tips. On top of it, a LIFETIME warranty!
